Privacy Policy

SPIRITUS VITIS · France

How this website handles your information.

This review draft describes the current inquiry website. It remains subject to confirmation by SPIRITUS VITIS and its legal adviser before launch.

01

Website operator and contact

This website presents the wine consultancy activities of SPIRITUS VITIS. Business information is available in the Legal Notice. Contact SPIRITUS VITIS at xavier@spiritus-vitis.com, by telephone on +33 6 26 21 58 02, or by post at 48 Quai Jean-Baptiste Clément, 94140 Alfortville, France.

    02

    Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, country, preferred language, preferred contact method, client type, requested service and project description. You may also provide a telephone number. Depending on your request, the form may include a business name, venue type, number of locations, team size, target date, wine preferences, delivery location and budget information. Required fields are marked on the form. Please provide only information relevant to your request, and avoid sensitive personal information. The website also records the submission time, source page and an internal inquiry reference.

      03

      How inquiry information is used

Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, assess service requests and manage related follow-up. Submissions are stored in the internal inquiry and CRM system, including associated contact, service-request and activity records. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing campaign. The legal basis for each processing purpose is an item for confirmation before launch.

        04

        Access and email notifications

Authorized people supporting SPIRITUS VITIS inquiry handling and website administration can access information according to their permissions. Resend provides transactional email delivery: a notification containing inquiry details is sent to the configured operational recipient, with the visitor’s email address as the reply-to address. The inquiry is stored before notification is attempted; an email-delivery failure does not delete the inquiry. Infrastructure and database services also support the website; their legal identities and processing arrangements remain to be confirmed for the final notice.

          05

          Processing outside your country

Resend states that email data is stored in the United States, and that an EU sending region does not limit storage to the EU. See Resend’s security information. The applicable contractual arrangements and transfer safeguards, and the locations used by other infrastructure services, must be confirmed before the final notice is approved. This draft does not assert that all processing takes place in France or in the EU.

            06

            Retention and security

Inquiry records, follow-up history and email-delivery status are retained in the current internal systems. A retention schedule and deletion criteria have not yet been approved; this draft therefore does not specify a retention period. The site uses server-side validation, access controls and anti-abuse measures. Technical information, including an IP address used for request rate limiting, supports security and operation. These measures do not constitute a guarantee of absolute security.

              07

              Cookies, storage and optional services

Authentication and administration rely on essential session mechanisms. No advertising pixels are enabled in the current application, and the inactive newsletter signup is hidden. A visit or inquiry does not activate a marketing subscription. Any future subscription service will require a separate review and updated information before activation. The website stores your analytics choice in your browser so it can remember whether you accept or reject optional analytics.

                08

                Your privacy requests

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, or request data portability. Contact SPIRITUS VITIS at xavier@spiritus-vitis.com, by telephone on +33 6 26 21 58 02, or by post at 48 Quai Jean-Baptiste Clément, 94140 Alfortville, France. Please describe your request without sending unnecessary personal documents. You may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority, including the CNIL in France.

                  Optional analytics

With your consent, we use optional analytics tools to understand how visitors use the SPIRITUS VITIS website and improve its performance and services.

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand website traffic, page usage and general visitor interactions.

Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors interact with the website through tools such as session recordings and heatmaps. Sensitive inquiry-form fields are masked and are not intentionally included in Clarity recordings.

These analytics tools are not activated unless you accept analytics. You may reject analytics or later change your choice and withdraw your consent using the Cookie settings control in the website footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection and clears analytics cookies that the website can remove.

Analytics are not required for the essential operation of the website.
